    Dengan email ini kami informasikan bahwa kami akan melakukan maintenance pada server US - Spyder. Maintenance ini yaitu untuk mengganti hard drive server dengan SSD yang sebelumnya masih menggunakan HDD SATAII. Maintenance dilakukan dengan melakukan migrasi ke server baru yang sudah diinstall.

    Beberapa hari yang lalu terjadi pemadaman listrik pada Datacenter Ged. Cyber Jakarta sehingga menyebabkan server mati mendadak dan ada beberapa masalah hard disk. Malam iini pukul 20:00 WIB kami akan melakukan repair hard disk untuk mendapatkan kembali performa yang baik. Hal ini akan menyebabkan downtime beberapa saat pada server kami.

    Dengan email ini kami akan menginformasikan perihal permasalahan pada salah satu server kami yaitu US - Spyder. Sejak tanggal 17 April 2017 server kami mengalami gangguan pada salah satu HDDnya. Dari error yang ada kemungkinan ada salah satu HDD yang rusak atau sistem raid yang putus. Saat ini kami kesulitan untuk menghubungi pihak datacenter kami, menunggu balasannya hingga berjam-jam. Kami hanya diinformasikan bahwa ada kerusakan pada HDD dan bisa diganti dengan server baru namun dari pihak datacenter tidak memberikan solusi masalah backup. Jika HDD yang rusak bukan HDD utama seharusnya masih bisa direcovery dan diambil datanya namun dari pihak datacenter belum menanggapi pesan dari kami.
    Bukan hanya HDD yang rusak, sejak 2 minggu terakhir server tidak bisa mengirimkan backup ke external dikarenakan permasalahan hdd yang tidak stabil sudah sejak beberapa minggu terakhir. Backup yang tersedia pada server backup saat ini hanya ada 10 akun saja sisanya gagal terkirim ke server backup.

    Kami mohon maaf yang sebesar-besarnya atas kerusakan yang ditimbulkan. Kerusakan yang terjadi benar-benar tidak direncanakan. Kami sudah berusaha mengatisipasi dengan adanya backup external namun juga backup external tidak berjalan ketika masalah ini terjadi sedangkan server lainnya backup external berjalan dengan lancar.
    Saat ini kami terus menghubungi datacenter kami untuk menyalamatkan data yang ada pada HDD. Jidi untuk saat ini server belum bisa diaktifkan menggunakan data yang ada. Jika ingin dibuat dengan akun baru kami bisa membuatnya di server yang berbeda. Silahkan hubungi helpdesk kami.

    Mohon maaf juga jika ada keterlambatan dalam membalas pesan-pesan yang ada dikarenakan banyaknya komplain yang masuk ke kami.
